The Build
The build quality is exceptional and the design is beautiful! The 10-75 Smoker offers great performance and looks. The minimalist design has a clean, crisp, and classic appearance that will make this offset smoker look amazing in your backyard.
The Fire Box
The heart of the 10-75 Smoker is the fire box! Built with 1/4" thick hot rolled steel, robust brass bearing hinges, and a nautical style door latch that will provide smooth, quiet, and reliable performance.
Our research - A fully insulated fire box does not perform well on smaller smokers, and a non-insulated fire box does not maintain a hot coal bed. For a backyard smoker, the semi-insulated V-bottom fire box is the perfect setup.
The Cook Chamber
This is where it all comes together! The genius of the 10-75 Smoker is its even cooking temperatures, from a few inches off of the fire box to a few inches from the smoke collector, (only a 10 degree differential) without impeding airflow. The cook chamber is made from 1/4" thick steel and is 50" long. The 10-75 Smoker gives you the cooking capacity of a much larger smoker by allowing the use of almost all of the cooking grate area. So, if you want to cook 4-6 briskets for the next big event, this is the Smoker for you!
The Cooktop Plancha
Sometimes you just need a little more cooking space. The 10-75 Smoker comes standard with your solution! The PLANCHA is perfect for searing, cooking, and heating your food! We also use the cooktop for pre-heating our wood before adding it to the fire.
